I am a holistic HR business coach with a strong belief that lasting change and strong leadership are built from within.


My approach is integrative and strategic (Holistra = Holistic Strategy). Together, we look not only at performance and business goals, but also at the patterns, habits, and inner mechanisms that either hold you back or help you grow.


Navigating HR paradoxes, complex relationships, and organizational structures requires more than strategic thinking. It takes self-awareness, healthy habits, clear boundaries, and a strong inner core.


Through confidential and present sparring, I help you—an HR professional—strengthen your foundation so you can stand firmly in your role as a strategic sparring partner with clarity, calm, and impact. My work is systematic, strategic, and deeply human.


With a background as a lawyer, leader, HR executive, and certified coach, I draw on the best of all worlds to create real development. Conversations with me are honest and action-oriented. There is space for both vulnerability and ambition, mindset work and concrete tools.


My mission is to strengthen the mental resilience of those who work with people—so they can lead clearly, stand strong, and promote well-being, both for themselves and for the entire organization.


My professional path has shaped my approach:
I hold a law degree (cand.jur.) from the University of Copenhagen (2008) and became a certified attorney in 2011. But it was the encounter with leadership, strategy, and organizational development in a startup that truly sparked my HR passion.
Since 2013, I’ve worked as an HR executive—with a three-year break as CEO from 2020 to 2023.
I am an EMCC-certified systemic coach (2014) and completed the Foldberg leadership program in 2021.
Since 2015, I have also volunteered as a coach for WIA (The Women’s Impact Alliance), supporting women in leadership and entrepreneurship.
